Tracking
As soon as your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the carrier, tracking number and a link to follow your package.
Customs & import fees
International orders (including Switzerland, the United States and all destinations outside the European Union) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not attempt to collect these fees at checkout.
Undeliverable or refused parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed or the address was incorrect, we will refund the order minus the original shipping cost and any customs fees charged back to us.
