Return & Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal (see our separate Right of Withdrawal) and does not restrict it in any way. In case of doubt, the provisions of the Right of Withdrawal and the statutory warranty rights shall apply.

1. Return period

You may return ordered goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods. This period corresponds to the statutory withdrawal period. Further details, in particular on the calculation of the period for several goods delivered in one shipment, can be found in our Right of Withdrawal.

2. Condition of returned goods

To ensure that we can process your return smoothly, please return the goods as follows:

  • In the original packaging
  • Unused and in unchanged condition
  • If possible, with all labels, accessories and the invoice or delivery note

Note: These conditions are a service note and do not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal. You may inspect and test the goods to the extent necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a retail store. Compensation for any loss in value shall only be considered if the loss in value is due to handling of the goods that goes beyond this (see Right of Withdrawal).

4. Exchange

In addition to a refund, we also offer an exchange of the goods on request (e.g., for a different size, colour or variant), provided the desired item is available. Please let us know when you contact us whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

The same return conditions set out in Sections 1 and 2 apply to the exchange. If the desired replacement item is not available, you will receive a refund instead.

5. Return shipping costs

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods — this applies both in the case of a refund and in the case of an exchange. This does not apply if the goods delivered are defective, damaged or not in accordance with the order (see Section 7). In these cases, we shall bear the return costs.

6. Refund

After receipt and inspection of your return, we shall reimburse you the purchase price and, where applicable, the original delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay, but no later than 14 days from the day on which your withdrawal or return notification is received by us. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. No additional charges shall be incurred by you.

7. Defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered goods

If the goods are damaged upon receipt, have a defect or do not correspond to your order, please contact us immediately at info@aceclips.shop. In this case, you have the statutory warranty rights (Sections 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code) irrespective of the right of withdrawal, in particular the right to subsequent performance (repair or replacement delivery), a reduction of the purchase price or — under the statutory conditions — withdrawal from the contract. The statutory warranty period is two years from receipt of the goods.

In these cases, we shall bear the costs of the return.

8. International orders

We deliver worldwide. For returns from abroad, the same deadlines and conditions apply as described above. Please note that for deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs and import duties may be incurred, which are to be borne by you as the recipient; this applies accordingly to any returns. We recommend that you contact us before returning goods from a non-EU country so that we can advise you on the practical procedure (e.g., customs declaration).

  • Let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange
  • Send the goods in the original packaging and unused condition to the return address stated above
  • After receipt of the goods, we will inspect the return and arrange the refund or exchange
